The coffee producers have been increasingly developing their specialty offerings and experimenting with new and varied processing styles. After selective harvesting and sorting, these beautiful cherries were pre-fermented in plastic bags for 100hours, then sun-dried in parabolic driers to bring out an intense sweetness. This exclusive collaboration between TCA and Sucafina contributes to the Colombian School Supply Project, supporting the children's education in the coffee-producing region.
