As the first specialty coffee roasting factory in Hong Kong certified with HACCP and ISO 22000, our Roastery Lab situated at Tuen Mun produces up to 30,000 kg of roasted beans monthly with the Smart Management System. Roasting serves as a vital component for the coffee supply chain, our award-winning roasters and Q-graders work their magic to assure the most distinctive quality of specialty coffee. Meeting the most defined international standard of food safety management system, our 3,000 sq. ft. temperature-controlled warehouse reserves over 30 varieties of beans sourcing from around the world with ESG and specialty grade auction lots. Automated Capsule, Drip Bag, and bespoke blend production line focusing on B2B business, with OEM for hospitality groups, corporates, and airlines. 

From roasting to packaging, our coffee commodities are produced locally in the hope of offsetting our carbon footprint. The factory, equipped with a 12000 sq. ft. production area, also runs on solar power for energy sustainability and environmental friendliness. Recognizing the culmination of work by those who have contributed along the way, we put love into what we do with our expertise to deliver an unyielding commitment to quality. We aim to keep the roasting process transparent and sustainable to produce the most distinctive quality of specialty coffee for over 38 outlets in the region.
