Under tropical rainforest conditions, volcanic soil and a wealth of rivers make Caldas the area ideal for coffee growing. The coffee cherries were lightly fermented in open tubs for 16 hours and anaerobically for 32 hours after being combined with blackberry to bring a complex fruitiness and a round mouthfeel. This exclusive collaboration between TCA and Sucafina contributes to the Colombian School Supply Project, supporting the children's education in the coffee-producing region.
